We've led numerous projects, assembling full consultant teams for large urban extensions. Acting as the main contact between the client and the team, we make key decisions to ensure the project progresses swiftly to a successful planning outcome.

AGREEMENT STRUCTURING 

There are many legal agreements for placing your land with a developer or investor such as option or promotion agreements. We can advise on the best options, the terms and clauses to accept or reject, minimum values, and how to ensure the developer quickly secures planning and pays the best price.

SALES & MARKETING

We can compile a list of developers and investors interested in your land, whether it's already planned or not. We'll collaborate with you to shortlist and interview top bidders, and then recommend the best candidate to partner with or sell to, along with the terms.

We've led consultant teams on various planning applications, from single houses in garden plots to small developments of 20 homes on pony paddocks, and even large urban extensions involving thousands of homes and facilities, often requiring EIA and QC legal expertise.
